First Frost

Today was the first real frost in our yard, and since I have a bit of a tradition of photographing the first frost of the year when I can, I had to go out first thing to capture some of it.

We had a visitor last night?

The sun melted away the frost, but I couldn't resist a few more..

Thanksgiving...

This past Thanksgiving weekend I was working. Well, I really only worked Saturday morning for 6 hours, and it hardly felt like work.  I was assisting Mr. Elphick, a fine photographer and wine connoisseur, as we had the privilege of doing some shots of Megalomaniac Winery & the owner's residence. It was a positively gorgeous day, and equally beautiful location! I grabbed a few shots with my wee point & shoot.
